As BIM Coordinator in our Madrid Digital division, you drive BIM governance, data verification, and model quality across projects. You will coordinate BIM strategy, information management, and stakeholder engagement to support asset delivery and operations. You’ll work across multiple project stages, combining BIM with data analysis to enable automation and better decision-making. This role offers hands-on leadership in major projects, shaping digital delivery and standards in a collaborative, client-focused environment. You’ll join a mission-driven, technology-enabled team delivering measurable performance improvements.

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years of BIM management experience in AEC across the full lifecycle
• Advanced English (Level C1)
• Advanced Autodesk Construction Cloud skills
• Author BIM documentation (AIRs, EIRs, PIRs, etc.)
• Experience with BIM standards compliance and risk reporting
• Consulting and business analysis capabilities
• Proficiency in data visualization (Power BI, Tableau)
• Proven leadership of BIM coordinators
• Advanced BIM authoring/coordination tools (Revit, AECOsim, Navisworks, Vectorworks, BIM Collab, Solibri Model Checker, IFC Checker)
• Knowledge of ISO19650 standards
• Ability to lead and support BIM on major projects/programmes
• Model assurance, data analysis, and workshop facilitation
• Assess BIM competency and approve BIM Execution Plans
