Experteer Overview As a Junior Analyst in Private Capital Fund Administration, you will support onboarding new funds and oversee investor transactions with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and data quality. You’ll contribute to fund accounting, FA/TA activities, and regulatory reporting, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. This role sits at the intersection of finance and regulatory oversight, shaping reliable reporting for alternative assets in Spain and Luxembourg. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to maintain high standards and continuous improvement.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Onboard new funds and set up investor accounts, share classes and communications
- Process investor capital movements (contributions and distributions) for Spain- and Luxembourg-domiciled funds
- Perform bank reconciliations, invoice entry, and NAV preparation in the accounting system




- Generate financial statements and quarterly NAVs in line with applicable GAAP
- Compile regulatory reports for CNMV, AEAT and Banco de EspañaResponsabilidades
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or a related field
- Experience (or strong interest) in fund accounting, FA/TA of private-capital funds in Spain or Luxembourg
- Good understanding of depositary and fund-administration operational routines
- Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
