Experteer Overview In this role you enable the NWE Digital Sales Community to drive productivity and growth by coordinating cross-functional enablement initiatives. You collaborate with WW, geo, local teams, and Business Units to deliver engaging training, manage alliance campaigns, and track participation. You will drive adoption of key sales tools, lead personal development, and secure alliance funding for programs and events. The role centers on scalable enablement, AI-powered learning, and strengthening hunting and pipeline activities to support quota attainment.Compensaciones / Ventajas
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver enablement activities for the Digital Sales Community across WW, Geo, and local organizations
- Track participation, provide reporting, and maintain a centralized enablement calendar
- Manage Alliance Partner engagement for NWE Digital Sales initiatives including campaigns, incentives, training, and joint activities
- Drive adoption and utilization of sales tools (Installed Base, Sales Navigator,



ZoomInfo, RingDNA)
- Organize and facilitate training programs covering compute/storage, services attach opportunities, alliance partner technologies, digital sales tools, and sales methodologies
- Support alliance funding efforts for recurring campaigns and regional events (e.G., Sales Cup, regional summits)
- Achieve quota targets with strong pipeline, SFDC hygiene, and quarterly Leading Edge completion
- Lead AI-powered readiness through adoption of AI tools and learning paths (Bongo, Sales Coach, DataMonsters, Yoodli)
- Develop enablement activities for hunting and new customer acquisition
