As a Senior Sponsorship Sales Manager at Fever, you drive sponsorship revenue for Fever Originals and Official Partnerships across your territory. You own the end-to-end deal cycle, from prospecting to contract signing, while expanding partnerships through land-and-expand strategies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor sponsorship solutions that align with brand, audience, and experiential objectives. This role offers impact at scale within a creative agency–like environment, shaping general campaigns for leading brands in live entertainment.

• Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sponsorship revenue targets
• Take ownership of pipeline creation and end-to-end deal cycle management
• Drive new sponsor acquisition and a land-and-expand motion, growing partnerships across markets, audiences and Fever properties
• Leverage Fever's ecosystem,



network and market knowledge to identify and engage high-potential sponsors
• Identify, map and multi-thread key stakeholders across brand, marketing, media, partnerships, experiential and procurement teams
• Build and execute creative outbound strategies to generate qualified sponsorship opportunities and improve pipeline quality
• Lead discovery conversations to understand client objectives and translate them into relevant sponsorship solutions
• Craft compelling, insight-led sponsorship proposals and packages aligned with brand, audience, media, experiential and business objectives
• Lead commercial negotiations through contract signature, ensuring strong value creation for both the sponsor and Fever
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Partnerships, Creative and Operations to develop differentiated proposals and ensure a smooth handover after closing
• Maintain strong CRM hygiene, accurate forecasting and visibility across all opportunities
