Area Sales ManagerYour roleAs a Area Sales Manager,your mission is to To initiate and implement Area sales organization, develop business in Area through a well-executed development plan, intensive territory management, key-account management and dealer management.You willHave profit and loss responsibility for the area business, initiate and implement the business plan including marketing and sales activities in Region, in accordance with the guidelines and strategies defined by the company and division.Achieve ambitious marketing share and profitable growth targets with high focus on Area Business and consolidated profitabilityOverall responsibility for Area financial results includes turn over, EBIT, cash flow and working capital by controlling and following up of the income statement & balance sheet and other profitability indicatorsArea Marketing plans initiative and development and competitor analysis, with weekly and monthly and quarterly sales tracking for businessCooperate with local Area CTS management to insure customer satisfaction in aftermarket servicesLeading,



coaching and motivating/ stimulating the area organization, continuous analysis and improvement of competence levels of the area organizationContribute to the business line / divisional organization regarding competitor information, key account management, dealer management and best practicesExperience RequirementsMin 5 years sales and marketing experience in compressor and industrial relatedManagement experiences a must.Educational RequirementsGraduate from University with a minimum of bachelor degree major in Business / Economical, Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or other related fields.Other RequirementsWilling to travel in ChinaKnowledgePrior working experience in compressor and industrialAnalysis, planning and organizational skills is an advantage.Proficiency in Chinese and English language, both written and spokenGood computer skills including good command of Microsoft Office Software.
