- 6+ years of professional software engineering experience at a senior level
- Proficiency in Python and Go with ability to work with unfamiliar technologies
- Strong SQL and relational database knowledge, including data integration and ETL-like workloads
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS or GCP) and modern engineering practices (CI/CD, testing, source control, production support)
- Strong system and solution design skills and good communication with mentoring experience
