Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead production for Ariane 6 structures and launchers, coordinating with technical, operational, and business teams to meet cost, quality, and schedule targets. You’ll drive health u0026amp; safety, resource planning, and continuous improvement across the plant as part of the industrial function for ramp-up and turnaround. The position sits at the intersection of engineering, operations, and strategic planning in a cutting-edge space program. You will shape production flows, outsourcing decisions, and plant readiness for new programs. A hands-on leader who enables cross-functional collaboration and delivers measurable impact on performance and safety.

Responsabilidades
• Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Aerospace Engineering or similar
• Experience in plant management, industrial projects, or strategic planning
• Knowledge of production processes, investment planning, and subcontracting
• Strong communication, leadership, and strategic thinking
