As a Services Business Development Director, you will lead business development and sales for Mastercard Services mainly focusing on major issuing clients as well as new and established fintech players in Spain.ResponsibilitiesTogether with existing team, shape Mastercard Services growth strategy in Spain and execute against that strategyOwnership of the sales process from prospecting to writing well-structured and persuasive proposals to demonstrations and commercial contract executionCollaborate with Mastercard account managers and clients to identify new business opportunities—particularly within Financial Services—while communicating opportunity areas, ensuring stakeholder alignment, and managing dependenciesBuilding effective working relationships across management levels in client organizationIdentification of client’s pain points, root causes and potential solutionsUnderstanding of client’s organizational systems and taking a considered approach to problem solving for the client’s unique situationPartnering with project team to ensure project quality and identification of follow-up sales opportunitiesAll About You (Qualifications)Undergraduate degree required, Masters,
