Experteer Overview As an ITSM u0026amp; Vendor Management Specialist within Schneider Digital, you will govern service performance and strategic vendor oversight to enable enterprise-wide outcomes. You’ll publish KPI dashboards, drive CSI, and enforce ITSM standards across pillars, while coordinating vendor governance and contract activities with procurement, legal, and finance. This role focuses on governance rather than hands-on operations, emphasizing cross-functional collaboration and transparency.
