Experteer Overview
In this role you drive end-to-end IT project delivery and program management within Duracell's general teams. You collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align initiatives with business goals, manage budgets, schedules, and risks, and ensure governance and quality standards are met. You act as a single point of contact for status updates and partner with Change Management to enable adoption of new systems. The role combines hands-on implementation with strategic leadership to scale programs and deliver measurable impact. This is a chance to shape IT delivery at a global consumer tech-focused battery leader.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects and manage programs when portfolios require it
• Develop and monitor detailed project/program plans and track performance
• Create budgets, schedules, and resource plans for timely delivery
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and resolve issues

• Define milestones and report progress on an integrated delivery plan

• Partner with Change Management to drive adoption of new systems or processes
• Drive continuous improvement using performance metrics and best practices
• Escalate critical decisions and issues to sponsors and serve as the program's single point of contact

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical discipline
• 10+ years of IT project/program management experience with Waterfall and Hybrid Agile
• Strong IT background in software development, systems administration, or infrastructure engineering
• Proven leadership of direct and indirect teams with mentoring
• Experience presenting to business leadership and building strategic relationships
• Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
• Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel) and MS Project
• Ability to travel globally
• Experience with PMIS tools such as Monday.com, ServiceNow SPM, and Azure DevOps is a plus
• PMP certification preferred but not required
• Experience managing ERP programs and working in consulting is a plus
