Experteer Overview
In this leadership role, you will shape Lodgify’s AI-enabled product strategy, building and guiding a product team to launch an agent-driven platform for hosts. You’ll define use cases, partner with engineering and design, and shape how the product ecosystem and marketplace evolve. Your work will connect AI capabilities with the host journey and pricing to create a scalable, open marketplace. This is a chance to lead cross-functional collaboration and influence the future of Lodgify’s AI-driven product offerings.

Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Define the first agent-powered use cases and their quality standards in collaboration with engineering and design
• Decide what capabilities to expose to AI agents and how they integrate with the Lodgify app and host journey
• Build and govern a marketplace for host-created skills with trust and governance
• Set pricing and packaging strategies in partnership with Product Marketing
• Lead, hire, and develop a team of product managers, growing AI capabilities across the team




• Shape product workflows with AI across Lodgify, including prototyping, evals, and cross-team collaboration with AI engineering

Responsabilidades
• Experience taking an AI product from 0 to 100, preferably with MCP or similar agent connectivity
• Hands-on experience writing evals and building skills powering agents, with measurement of quality over time
• Experience coaching PMs into AI product work and senior product leadership
• Experience building a platform, API, or ecosystem that others build on
• Experience managing and growing product managers and helping them develop AI skills
• Track record of establishing new ways of working across teams
