Experteer Overview As Director of Finance, you will act as the strategic partner to the General Manager of Glovo Spain, owning the country’s financial planning, performance oversight, and strategic decisions. You will lead a high-performing finance team and collaborate across operations, marketing, and commercial functions to ensure value creation and disciplined spending. You’ll shape the financial health and long-term direction while guiding expansion and operational optimization in a fast-evolving market. - Own and manage the country Pu0026L and performance reporting
- Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and monthly reviews
- Develop business cases, scenario analyses, and predictive models
- Partner with central finance, strategy, and data teams for alignment




- Provide financial storytelling and insights to C-level stakeholders
- Drive process improvement and finance operations roadmap
- Oversee treasury, accounting, and financial policies
- Manage relationships with external auditors and consultants
- Represent the country in international forums to share learningsResponsabilidades
- 10-15+ years in Finance or equivalent high-impact roles
- Senior leadership experience with full Pu0026L exposure
- History of leading high-performing teams
- Experience in high-growth, tech/e-commerce/marketplace environments
- CFO-track background in fast-paced companies is a plus
