we are building one of Europe's most innovative hotel technology platforms.What You'll Do Identify and engage independent hotels across SpainSign new deals and generate new business opportunities through outbound sales activitiesConduct product demonstrations and present Noovy's value propositionAttend industry events, trade fairs, and hospitality exhibitionsBuild long-term relationships with hotel decision-makersCollaborate closely with Marketing and Customer Success teamsShare market insights and customer feedback to support product developmentTravel regularly to meet prospects and customersWhat You Bring Native-level Spanish and professional English2+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience within hospitality, travel, or hotel technologyStrong relationship-building and networking skillsExperience using CRM and sales tools such as HubSpotSelf-motivated and comfortable working independentlyValid driver's license and willingness to travel frequentlyFull work authorization in Spain (no visa sponsorship available)Based in SpainWhat We Offer Remote role with versátil working hoursFull-time employment contractBase salary of €3,000–€3,500 gross per month, depending on experienceQuarterly commis
