Hybrid:2 days in the office + 3 days remoteWe are looking for aSenior Project Manager (French-speaking)to join ourProfessional Services team in Barcelonaand lead complex technology projects in highly regulated, international environments.What will you do?You will take ownership of complex customer projectsend-to-end, from requirements analysis and initiation through implementation and successful handover.Your responsibilities will include:Managing complex IT and technology implementation projects within ourCBDC ecosystem, including backend applications, mobile apps, digital wallets, smart cards, and integration components. Our customers are typicallyCentral Banks .Leading project teams throughout the full project lifecycle, ensuring scope, timelines, quality, budget, and customer objectives are successfully managed.Establishing strongproject governance, including status reporting, steering meetings, escalation management, decision tracking, and stakeholder coordination.Proactively managingrisks, dependencies, and change requests,



ensuring project continuity across both short-term initiatives and complex multi-year programmes.Working closely with internal teams, customers, partners, and subcontractors in a highly international and multicultural environment.Facilitating customer communication and follow-ups inFrench and English .Managing subcontractors and ensuring alignment on scope, quality, dependencies, and timelines.Contributing totenders and proposalstogether with our Business Development and Technical teams.And there's an important commercial component to the role:You will also be actively involved inpre-sales activities, helping customers understand our capabilities and demonstrating how Giesecke+Devrient can deliver the right solution and successfully execute their projects.What are we looking for?8+ years of experiencemanaging complex IT projects for customers.Strong leadership skills and the ability to remain resilient and decisive under pressure.Experience
