Experteer Overview As Senior Cost Manager, you will lead cost management for real estate and infrastructure projects in Spain, partnering with clients and internal teams to deliver accurate estimates and robust cost plans. You will oversee pre- and post-contract QS duties, tendering, procurement, and contract administration, ensuring timely, transparent cost reporting. You will operate in a collaborative, client-focused environment, shaping project outcomes and value delivery. - A recognized Degree Qualification
- Relevant work experience as a QS or Cost Manager, ideally in a consultancy
- Sector experience across real estate construction projects
- Highly motivated and able to work independently
