In this role you will lead advanced conversational AI initiatives within EcoVadis’ AI Center of Excellence, shaping how users access complex enterprise data through goal-oriented multi-turn agents. You will work with a team of researchers and engineers to deliver scalable AI solutions that boost product value and operational excellence while advancing sustainability impact. You will mentor colleagues, explore new frameworks, and stay ahead of AI trends to solve real-world enterprise challenges. This is a mission-driven, impact-focused opportunity to scale AI across sustainability domains.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Design and test multi-turn conversational systems using state-aware reasoning loops
• Advance generative and agentic AI frameworks and methodologies

• Deliver end-to-end AI solutions using Python, MLflow, Azure stack and Databricks
• Engage with customers to assess needs and translate into AI solutions
• Monitor technology trends and apply them to EcoVadis’ challenges

Responsabilidades
• PhD or Master’s degree in quantitative discipline
• 8+ years in machine learning and NLP
• 4+ years in Conversational AI in production
• Experience leading end-to-end AI initiatives from design to integration
• Strong mentoring and accountability for quality delivery
• Cross-functional collaboration experience
