Job Description SummaryYou will be a part of GE Vernova’s Wind Integral Machine Head Driveline subsystem.The team is responsible for mechanical hardware (main bearing, main shaft, covers, rotor locks, rotor brakes, and couplings) including New Product / Technology Introduction, Validation & Testing, Field Support, and Root Cause Analysis for utility scale wind turbines.You will primarily support the main bearing through the entire life cycle from conceptual design through detailed design and development, testing, qualification, manufacturing, validation, and installed fleet support.You will drive technical excellence and continuous improvement in the design, analysis, cost, and reliability of the components under their responsibility. #LI-ML2Job DescriptionEssential ResponsibilitiesExecute projects pertaining to new product introduction, new technology integration, and field issue resolution with a heavy focus on quality and reliability verified by physical testingBe responsible for designing build-to-spec main bearings for wind turbines encompassing component specification design,
