Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead cross-functional structural engineering programs for Amazon’s Europe (EMEA) fulfillment network, shaping design standards and templates for existing and new facilities. You will serve as a regional owner and consulting SME for LATAM and MEATR, collaborating with global teams to drive cost-saving, scalable solutions. You will manage scope from concept through construction, balancing safety, efficiency, and robotics-ready infrastructure. • own and drive structural design initiatives across the EU region
• act as consulting SME to LATAM and MEATR for design specifications and standards
• develop and manage design specifications and cross-disciplinary system impact (fire protection, HVAC, etc.)
• build business cases and market-building improvements; track metrics and performance
• coordinate with fabricators and define standardized design templates to accelerate delivery




• mentor junior engineers and collaborate with integral teams from concept to construction
• maintain and update structural design standards and templates based on field feedback
• support timber, metal, and concrete structural solutions for prototype templates

Responsabilidades
• Master's degree in Structural Engineering
• experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
• experience working with large, complex data sets
• experience working with large logistics park and warehouse design
• proficiency in structural analysis software (ETABS, STAAD Pro, SAP2000, RISA, or Tekla Structures)
• Familiarity with seismic design, dynamic equipment loads, and vibration analysis
• Working knowledge of international building codes (IBC, IS, Eurocode, AS)
