As the MICROSOFT Marketplace ISV activation Lead, you will drive vendor onboarding and activation on the Microsoft Marketplace, aligning it with TD SYNNEX channel programs. You’ll guide software vendors through business case development and onboarding, coordinating regional rollout with stakeholders. In the central Marketplace COE, you’ll support activation across hyperscaler marketplaces and optimize GTM with marketing packages. This role combines vendor management, program execution, and enablement to accelerate marketplace revenue. You’ll work in a general, collaborative COE focused on scalable, compliant marketplace success.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Own onboarding pipeline and regional marketplace revenue for the Microsoft Marketplace
• Collaborate with vendors on onboarding for Private Offer programs and validate requirements for channel discounts
• Guide vendors through two-tier distribution concepts and refine marketplace strategies
• Coordinate global vendor programs rollout and maximize blueprint reuse




• Serve as internal expert for commercial/operational readiness of Microsoft Private Offer activations (CSP, MPO, REO)
• Assist regional Deal Desk with inquiries and liaise with Microsoft teams for support
• Develop quarterly training roadmaps and measure enablement ROI
• Create reusable enablement assets for regional teams
• Identify marketplace opportunities and advocate best practices in pricing, product optimization and marketing

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years in software vendor management, cloud services, or tech sales
• Strong understanding of SaaS/AI business models and the Microsoft Marketplace
• Analytical, with experience in reporting and performance optimization
• Project/program management experience with timeline and stakeholder coordination
• Relevant Microsoft certifications or AI-related credentials a plus
• Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related fields
