That means lots of campaigns, channels, deadlines and stakeholders, all moving at once. This role is what keeps it moving in the same direction. You will own the operational delivery of every marketing project, the marketing calendars, performance reporting, data, martech and attribution, and budget governance. You are the link between Marketing and every other department, and the reason we deliver on time,



on budget and on numbers.What You'll Actually Do Support the Marketing & Growth Director — Act as the Director's right hand on planning,priorities and performance. Prepare the reporting, budget views and updates the Director needs, follow through on decisions, and keep the wider team aligned and moving.Own Delivery Across the Portfolio — Take ownership of how every marketing project gets delivered across events and affiliates: briefs, timelines, owners, dependencies and sign-off. Nothing ships late because nobody owned it.Run the Marketing Calendars — Build and maintain the master marketing calendars across the event portfolio and affiliate brands, working back from event dates and launch windows, so the whole team can see what is coming, who owns it and when it is due.Build One Version of the Truth — Own performance reporting end to end: dashboards, weekly and monthly reporting, campaign wrap-ups and post-event reports.
