Experteer Overview
In this role you will manage and grow a portfolio of accounts, driving renewal success and expansion in a fast-paced SaaS environment. You will work closely with customer success, sales, and product teams to align strategic goals with Insider One’s platform capabilities. The position offers the chance to influence customer outcomes at scale, build lasting relationships with senior stakeholders, and contribute to a mission-driven, globally diverse company.

• Own a portfolio of existing accounts and drive retention and growth
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within accounts
• Lead renewals in collaboration with the Customer Success team
• Support team selling for maximum account penetration
• Forecast monthly and quarterly performance
• Negotiate contracts with focus on C-level and enterprise deals
• Attend onboarding and Business Review meetings with key stakeholders
• Discern strategic needs and set objectives to drive business impact
• Map stakeholders and plan touchpoint strategy




• Own renewal strategy to hit commercial targets
• Ensure Customer Success realization and achieve NPS targets
• Drive customer advocacy with marketing and success stories
• Monitor market trends to align stakeholders with product roadmap execution

Responsabilidades
• 6+ year experience in Customer Success Management, Account Management, or Sales in SaaS
• Strong oral and written communication; excellent listening and phone skills
• Proven track record in sales and persuasive negotiations
• Self-motivated with proactive problem-solving attitude
• Care for clients and commitment to supportive, 24/7 service culture
• Passion for testing and improving outreach effectiveness
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• High sense of responsibility and accountability
• Strategic thinker with strong project and time management
• Experience negotiating contracts and handling legal discussions
