Experteer Overview
In this role, you will own the long-term growth of the SFC portfolio within Hitachi Energy, guiding the product through its lifecycle to meet market needs and business targets. You’ll work with a global Product Management team to shape strategy, roadmaps, and value propositions for industrial and railway applications. You’ll lead cross‑functional efforts to drive development, marketing, and lifecycle improvements. This position offers an impact-driven opportunity to advance greener energy transitions with modular converter platforms and digital monitoring capabilities.

• Manage the SFC portfolio lifecycle, including hardware and software
• Lead market intelligence to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive position
• Define and maintain the portfolio roadmap with new developments, enhancements, and phase-outs
• Prioritize and oversee product development with cross-functional teams

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor in Electrical Engineering
• 5-10 years in product marketing, product management, or product technology
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional and cross-cultural teams
• Solid knowledge of industrial hardware and software development
• Familiarity with the medium voltage market, customers, competition, and standards
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills
• Collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset with strong communication
• High level of fluency in English
• Location flexibility to Madrid or Milan
