In this role you will advise leading real estate clients on complex, cross-border transactions across asset classes, integrating with multiple practice areas. You will join a market-leading team that combines global reach with local depth to deliver integrated advice. You will draft and negotiate key documents, oversee due diligence, and coordinate multi-jurisdictional deals. The role offers a collaborative, inclusive culture and opportunities to work with sovereign wealth funds, asset managers, lenders and corporates. You will contribute to high-quality, commercial real estate solutions that shape major transactions.

Responsabilidades
• Spanish degree and Master in Law
• Excellent written and spoken Spanish; fluency in English
• Around three to six years of Real Estate experience
• Strong legal, entrepreneurial and communication skills
• Experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating transaction documents and due diligence
• Ability to draft clear, precise legal documents
• Experience coordinating cross-border transactions and working across jurisdictions
