Experteer Overview
As a Senior Tax Specialist for Europe and UK, you will help shape Fever’s tax strategy and compliance for a fast-growing global business. You’ll work with the Tax Manager and cross-functional teams to manage direct and indirect taxes, audits, and tax planning in Europe and the UK. Your work will influence acquisition structuring, tax provisioning, and regional expansion. • Research and advise on direct and indirect tax matters in Europe and UK jurisdictions
• Identify tax risks and planning opportunities
• Manage uncertain tax exposures and tax provisioning
• Collaborate with third-party service providers as needed
• Support Finance u0026 Accounting in applying tax laws
• Assist with indirect and direct tax audits/inquiries
• Prepare applications for rulings, incentives, and exemptions




• Advise senior management on tax risks and transaction structures for acquisitions
• Improve internal tax processes and tools
• Contribute to Fever’s regional expansion efforts

Responsabilidades
• Minimum 4 years of relevant taxation experience in practice or industry
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Tax or Law
• Proven experience with Europe and UK tax jurisdictions (direct and indirect taxes or accounting)
• Detail-oriented, organized, able to manage multiple priorities
• Fluent in written and spoken English
