As Planner / Scheduler, you will lead advanced planning, scheduling and risk analysis on major projects, aligning schedules with project controls and cost data. You will shape Work Breakdown Structures and reporting, coordinating inputs from multiple teams to support program objectives. You’ll identify bottlenecks, assess variances, and drive corrective actions to keep projects on track. This role offers impact across high-stakes programmes in critical sectors, with a collaborative, growth-focused culture.

• Implement Planning/Scheduling strategy and procedures reflecting company and contractor expectations
• Develop and align WBS/CBS with project leads and controls teams
• Prepare staffing, engineering, construction progress reports and customised reports
• Perform probabilistic analysis on integrated and contractor schedules
• Conduct schedule analyses: critical path and schedule risk analysis
• Highlight deviations from baselines and propose corrective actions




• Prepare Integrated Planning/Scheduling input for Monthly Project Reports and other presentations
• Analyze schedule impact of variances/changes and support decision making
• Create resourcing plans for project phases and advise on peak leveling

Responsabilidades
• expert experience in project controls and time/schedule management
• experience with project scheduling tools (Primavera P6 preferred)
• ability to consolidate multiple schedule inputs into a master schedule and produce status reports
