Experteer Overview In this role you support global SAP SuccessFactors clients with system maintenance and configuration, enabling successful HR lifecycle management. You will participate in or lead process improvements and serve as a subject matter expert during biannual releases. You’ll deliver training, assist go-live activities, and collaborate with a integral team to troubleshoot and optimize client systems. This position offers a global, cross-functional scope and the chance to shape how multinational customers get the most from their HCM solutions. Compensaciones / Beneficios • Maintain and configure SAP SuccessFactors modules for clients • Evaluate new functionality and assess client impact during SAP biannual releases • Support user training and post-go-live configuration activities • Collaborate with Global Service lead consultant and global team • Respond to client tickets, perform troubleshooting,



and raise issues to SAP as needed • Participate in client ticket review calls • Advise on Best Practices within HR and SuccessFactors domain Responsabilidades • Bachelor's Degree • SAP SF Certification in Employee Central and one additional module • Fluency in English (oral and written) • Strong client service orientation • Analytical skills • Excellent verbal and written communication • Understanding of HR processing procedures • Team player with initiative • PC literate (Windows, Excel, Word) • Employee Central experience (3+ years of SFSF implementation or service) • SAP ERP (ECC6) knowledge is a plus • Siebel CRM or other CRM tools knowledge Requisitos principales •
