Experteer Overview As the Service Delivery Manager, you will own the end-to-end operational delivery and governance for a portfolio of recurring services. You will partner with Customer Success, Account Management, and delivery teams to ensure high-quality service, transparent performance, and proactive risk management. You’ll help customers adopt scalable, outcome-focused services under Success4U, shaping how value is delivered. - Own the operational service relationship for assigned customers and act as the primary delivery contact
- Ensure recurring services meet scope, SLAs, KPIs and commitments with clear performance visibility
- Lead service governance and reviews, communicating performance, risks, and improvement actions
- Monitor service performance, satisfaction, consumption, and signals to drive continuous improvement
- Identify, escalate and manage delivery and retention risks with cross-functional stakeholders

- Maintain oversight of service scope, consumption, milestones, and risk reporting

- Maintain accurate governance records and reporting in the appropriate systems
- Coordinate service delivery across internal teams with clear ownership and handovers
- Support retention and renewal readiness by providing operational evidence to Customer Success and Account Management
- Maintain commercial awareness of scope, consumption, and delivery risks to support forecasting and margin awareness
