Experteer Overview In this role you support Brainlab’s Spanish Sales team as an Application Consultant in Image Guided Surgery. You educate and guide physicians and hospital staff, install systems, and troubleshoot issues, ensuring smooth adoption and upgrades. You will drive service contracts, usage, and software updates, while representing Brainlab at events. You work from home with preference for Madrid or Malaga, collaborating across an international, mission-driven team. This is a hands-on role shaping clinical workflows in a global healthcare technology leader.Compensaciones / Incentivos

- Perform new system installations and software updates
- Troubleshoot customer issues with effective communication
- Plan and prioritize service activities with strong organizational skills




- Initiate upgrade projects with existing Brainlab installations
- Sell service contracts to current Brainlab customers
- Monitor and promote customer usage of products
- Attend meetings and trade shows to demonstrate products and servicesResponsabilidades
- Biomedical Engineering background or technical degree (preferred)
- Strong self-planning and organization for service tasks
- Ability to work both in a team and independently
- Good sense of humor
- Willingness to travel extensively
- Fluent in English and Spanish
