Amelia, the two-Michelin-starred restaurant in San Sebastián, is seeking a dedicated Waiter/Waitress to join the Front of House team. This permanent full-time role offers service Wednesday to Saturday with three consecutive days off weekly, and a strong commitment to Michelin-level hospitality.You will guide guests through a refined dining experience, develop menu and wine knowledge, and work closely with kitchen and FOH colleagues to ensure flawless service.
