Experteer Overview In this role you will drive Airbus General Procurement processes for building services and lead cross-functional teams on national and international projects. You will negotiate frame contracts, manage tenders, and oversee supplier relationships with a focus on cost, time, and quality. You will develop procurement strategies for harmonised material groups and contribute to savings programmes and e-procurement initiatives. This position sits within the Buildings Spain Team, supporting Airbus sites across Spain in a multicultural, trans-divisional environment.Compensaciones / Ventajas
- Drive compliant procurement processes and lead cross-functional project teams for national/international building projects
- Negotiate, establish, and manage international frame contracts for construction services while mitigating contractual risks
- Manage procurement projects and tender processes to meet cost, time, and quality targets
- Evaluate supplier performance with structured reviews and KPI-based actions




- Develop and execute procurement strategies for harmonised material groups and support savings programmes
- Provide input for benchmarking, make-or-buy decisions, and new procurement initiatives like e-procurementResponsabilidades
- At least 5 years of experience in procurement, operations, or facility management with building u0026 construction procurement experience
- Master’s degree in Procurement or a related field, or a degree in Engineering/Architecture/Construction with strong procurement knowledge
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and people management skills to guide cross-functional teams
- Native or fluent Spanish; English at negotiation level
- Strong analytical skills (financial KPIs, business cases); solid knowledge of building contracts and project management; experience with e-procurement toolsRequisitos principales
