Experteer Overview In this role you drive financial planning and accountability within Squad Business operations. You own the forecasting cycle and short- to mid-term planning, shaping actions based on financial insights. You analyze actuals, variances, and trends to support management with decision-ready materials. You collaborate cross-functionally to optimize budgeting and steering processes and use internal planning tools to enable informed, timely decisions. - Own in-year budget steering and monitoring against financial targets
- Lead the forecasting process (short- and mid-term)
- Contribute to mid-term planning (iPF) and provide business/financial evaluation
- Analyze actuals, variances, and trends and prepare results
- Prepare reports, presentations, and decision materials for management
- Coordinate with stakeholders (business units, controlling, management)
