Experteer Overview In this role you will drive and support EHS activities across Eaton's MED Cluster, focusing on Spain and Zaragoza. You will promote a Zero Incident culture while ensuring legal and company standards compliance and deploying MESH programs. You will interact with customers, contractors and internal teams to address EHS requirements through the project lifecycle. Your work supports sustainable operations and continuous improvement in a dynamic, multicultural environment. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role with a clear impact on safety, compliance and project success.Compensaciones / Ventajas
- Promote Life Saving Rules, Zero Incident culture and Ethics policy across activities
- Ensure EHS compliance with legal requirements, customer standards, and MESH guidelines
- Act as main EHS interface with customers, contractors, and external stakeholders
- Support deployment of corporate MESH programs across projects and local operations
- Manage contractor EHS compliance, including ISN oversight, onboarding and training
- Lead EHS incident reporting, root cause investigations and corrective actions
- Conduct site audits and field EHS inspections to ensure safe operations




- Build relationships with internal teams and partners to foster safety-first culture
- Ensure EHS documentation (RAMS, safety plans, certifications) through creation, review, updates
- Coordinate EHS activities across full project lifecycle and participate in project meetings
- Deliver EHS training and toolbox talks to employees and contractors on project sitesResponsabilidades
- 3+ years of experience in EHS program management in industrial or service projects
- Máster Universitario en Prevencion de Riesgos Laborales
- Advantage: Master/ Engineering degree in a related subject
- Advantage: Project management certificate/course
- Fluency in Spanish and advanced English; Italian a plus
- Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills
