Experteer Overview
As the owner of a BCN Micro-Fulfilment Center, you will lead a ~30-person team to deliver a seamless customer experience. You’ll drive continuous improvement through data analytics, collaborating with cross-functional teams to scale efficiency and sustain the MFC business model. You will oversee both logistics and store operations, translating analyses into actionable initiatives. This role combines leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution to shape fast, reliable deliveries at scale.

Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Own the Barcelona MFC operations and OKRs for the center
• Lead and coach a team of pickers and couriers (~30 staff)
• Hire, train and mentor team members
• Develop and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators
• Coordinate logistics and store operations with cross-functional teams (Operations, CatMan, Finance, Health and Safety, Procurement)




• Lead project analyses and translate findings into actionable improvements
• Scale operational efficiency and define the MFC business model with a 360º mindset

Responsabilidades
• Min 3+ years in fast-paced environments (logistics, operations, supply)
• Experience managing large teams and leading change
• Data-driven decision making and strong business judgment
• Strong problem-solving with smart, elegant solutions for complex, multidisciplinary issues
• High adaptability in ambiguous environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement (English required)
• Empathetic, inclusive, curious leadership with strong integrity and accountability
