About the job
Responsible for delivering an exceptional beverage and dining service for our travelers in accordance with Grand Circle Cruise Line (GCCL) standards, while contributing to a positive work environment.
Responsibilities:

- Leading, coordinating, supporting, motivating, training, and evaluating restaurant and bar staff
- Monitoring and ensuring beverage and dining service is up to the highest standards
- Ensuring hygiene and maintenance of all service area is being upheld
- Responsible for ordering, margins, POS transactions, cost and stock control
- Handling and resolving travelers concerns
- any other duties advised by Hotel Manager
Skills/Qualifications:

- At least 2 years of relevant job experience,
preferably on passenger ships
- Ability to work as part of a team in a collaborative environment
- Friendly and energetic attitude
- Proven leadership abilities and communication skills
- Strong organizational and motivational skills and coaching abilities
