Experteer Overview In this role, you lead SAP data migration and mapping activities within Bayer’s CORE Transformation project. You will ensure accurate mapping, cleansing, and validation of master data, coordinating with value stream leads and cross-functional teams to align with program goals. You’ll work with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA data structures, driving data quality and governance. - Support data migration for Customer u0026 Vendor master data within the Business Partner area
- Coordinate and execute the data lifecycle: Prepare, Map, Enrich, Transform, Validate, Correct, Implement, Hypercare, Handover
- Map data from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA ensuring alignment with value streams and migration teams
- Verify extraction criteria and ensure data migration complies with defined approach
- Oversee data cleansing activities and ensure data quality and integrity




- Coordinate data validation activities with business teams; ensure timely completion
- Maintain documentation of mapping rules, migration processes, and validation results
- Ensure compliance with data governance policies and SAP standards
- Identify data migration risks and develop mitigation strategiesResponsabilidades
- 7+ years of experience with data projects; minimum 1+ year in SAP data migration
- Familiarity with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA BP master data
- Strong expertise in field mapping, cleansing, and transformation for master and transaction data
- Knowledge of SAP data structures and ability to write SQL queries
- Experience coordinating SAP data migration projects, preferably with S/4HANA
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills
- Strong cross-functional and cross-cultural communication skills
