Project Overview

transformation initiative across HR, Legal, and Compliance functions project for LS client focusing on SAP Payroll Techno-Functional support German payroll operations and ongoing enhancements within an SAP ECC environment.

Required Experience
5 years' experience as an SAP HCM / Payroll Consultant.
Strong hands-on experience with SAP German Payroll.
Experience working in SAP ECC environments (S/4HANA experience not required).
Combination of functional and technical expertise, including configuration, troubleshooting, and support.
Experience with payroll interfaces, reporting, and integration points.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
