Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead retail construction projects, driving scope, time, cost and performance criteria. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage contracts and procurement, and oversee design and contractor interfaces. You’ll apply performance management and change control to keep projects on track and report progress to clients. This position offers a chance to shape delivery in a global firm known for complex, high-impact programmes.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Establish project success criteria (time, cost, technical and performance)
• Collaborate with cross-functional project team
• Review contracts for services and sub-consultants per policy
• Plan projects and produce detailed project plans
• Advise on resource procurement (design and construction)
• Apply KPI-based performance management to improve project outcomes




• Set up and manage change control
• Monitor project finances and budgets
• Coordinate information flow with client via meetings and reports
• Oversee design team and contractor performance per commission scope
• Develop contractor interfaces

Responsabilidades
• Minimum 6 years of experience in a similar role
• Bachelor in Civil Engineering or Construction Management or related discipline
• Fluent English and Spanish
• Preferred background in Architecture
• Strong Design Management skills
• Experience with retail projects
• Experience in the Spanish market
• Strong stakeholder management and teamwork skills
• Good written and reporting skills
