As Pu0026amp;C Senior Director Operations, you will lead the integral operational excellence agenda for the People u0026amp; Culture function, spanning Talent Acquisition, Compensation u0026amp; Benefits, HR Administration, Learning and Development, and more. You’ll drive governance, process optimization, and digital enablement, including AI integration, to deliver scalable, data-driven, employee-centric Pu0026amp;C services. You’ll partner with Pu0026amp;C leadership to translate strategy into execution and elevate service quality and workforce insights. • Lead operational areas of the Pu0026amp;C function ensuring alignment with strategy and governance
• Partner with Strategy u0026amp; Business Partners to translate priorities into scalable execution
• Drive excellence across TA, Compensation u0026amp; Benefits, Lu0026amp;D, People Administration, and Soft Services via standardization and automation
• Ensure consistent People Administration services and policy rollout across geographies
• Design and evolve frameworks for GPS, TRSP, and other performance/processes for consistency and impact
• Lead integration of Artificial Intelligence into Pu0026amp;C operations to improve decision-making and experience
• Own Pu0026amp;C operations governance, including service catalogues, decision rights,



and escalation
• Ensure timely reporting, budgeting, dashboards, and workforce data across domains
• Enhance Pu0026amp;C analytics for evidence-based decisions and risk identification
• Define SLAs and KPIs, using data to drive accountability and continuous improvement
• Lead cross-functional projects to improve service delivery, experience, scalability, and efficiency
• Coordinate with global/local Pu0026amp;C teams to ensure policy and system alignment
• Act as strategic partner to senior leadership, offering insights on workforce trends and service performance
• Champion employee-centric solutions and continuous improvement across services
• Lead and develop teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and high performance

Responsabilidades
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Labor Relations, Human Resources, or related field
• 10+ years in senior Pu0026amp;C roles within multinational environments
• Expertise across Compensation u0026 Benefits, HR Administration, Talent Acquisition, Lu0026D, and HR Technology; labour relations and Personal Administration
• Experience leading cross-border teams and managing complex HR operations
• Pu0026amp;C Business Partner experience is a strong asset
• Proven success in process optimization, AI, digital transformation, and operational strategy
• Fluency in English and Spanish
