Experteer Overview As an HR Business Partner, you will align business objectives with employees and management, driving value across the HR function. You will coach line managers, shape talent pipelines, and navigate Spanish labor law to minimize risk and ensure compliance. You’ll partner with HR and legal to support regulatory needs while addressing complex employee relations and performance issues. - Conduct regular meetings with business units to align HR support with business needs
- Act as a Change Management agent for organizational and cultural shifts
- Provide HR guidance and advisory support to management
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues
- Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and support regulatory compliance
- Partner with legal advisors as needed




- Deliver day-to-day performance management guidance and development coaching
- Improve work relationships, morale, productivity, and retention
- Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation
- Offer input on organization changes, workforce planning, and succession planning
- Analyze HR metrics with the team to develop solutions, programs, and policiesResponsabilidades
- 5 to 7 years of experience as HRBP
- Experience resolving complex employee relations issues
- Working knowledge of compensation, employee relations, Diversity u0026 Inclusion, Performance Management, and employment law
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Strong analytical, communication, and influencing skills
- Ability to interpret laws, guidelines, regulations, and policies
