Family Office seeks a senior tax professional with experience in international tax structuring, tax optimization, and UHNW personal taxation across the UK and Spain. The role involves leading end-to-end tax strategy: identifying risks, designing solutions, coordinating local advisors, and delivering implementation-ready recommendations.Responsibilities Strategy & Structuring Design and iterate cross-border holding / operating / financing structuresOptimise WHT/VAT/CT exposures, treaty positioning, and financing flows (interest, fees, royalties, service charges and etc.)Advise on substance, beneficial ownership, anti-avoidance risk controls (GAAR/SAAR, ATAD themes, principal purpose tests, etc. at a practical level)UHNW / UBO advisory Advise UBO on residency planning, cross-border personal taxes, and wealth structuring interfaces with corporate flowsReview and improve UBO loan structures (taxability, documentation, arm's-length, disclosure risk, exit/repayment planning)Risk management & controversy readiness Prepare the group for authority/regulator questions: what to disclose,
