As our technology consulting practice in Spain continues to grow, we are looking for an Associate Practice Manager to join our Madrid team and work closely with our existing Practice Manager to support our growing engineering population.Why this role is interestingThis is a great opportunity for someone who has built their career in technology, engineering or technical leadership, has already started leading and developing people, and now wants to take the next step into broader people and practice leadership.We are not necessarily looking for someone who is already an experienced Practice Manager. you’ll help support an engineering population of approximately 30-35 people across different technology disciplines.You’ll gradually take greater ownership across:Regular 1:1s, coaching and career-development conversationsIndividual Development Plans, skills development and certificationsEmployee engagement and performance-management activitiesWorkforce planning, utilisation and bench managementSupporting deployment and matching engineers to upcoming opportunitiesInterviewing and helping select new technical talentWorking across Practice, Sales, Solutions, Recruitment and DeliveryMaintaining accurate workforce information and practice reportingSupporting the continued growth of the Spanish technology practiceYou’ll ideally bringA genuine technology or engineering backgroundPrevious experience as a Tech Lead, Team Lead, Technology Lead, Engineering Lead or similarExperience leading, coaching and developing peopleConfidence conducting 1:1s and career-development conversationsEnough technical credibility to communicate effectively with experienced engineersAn understanding of different technical career paths and engineering environmentsStrong communication,
