In this VP Security Engineer role at DWS, you build and scale AI security controls to enable secure AI adoption across the firm. You will work within the AI Security CoE to shape scalable protection, monitoring, and governance for AI/GenAI solutions. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed guardrails in APIs, CI/CD, and cloud environments, driving resilient security in a fast-evolving tech landscape. • Build automated security evaluations and testing harnesses
• Integrate AI security controls into APIs, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud environments
• Support secure deployment and monitoring of LLM, RAG, and agentic applications
• Develop tooling and automation to scale the AI Security CoE

Responsabilidades




• 5+ years in security engineering, DevSecOps, app security, cloud security, or vulnerability management, with recent AI/ML/GenAI experience
• Strong Python, API, CI/CD, cloud, automation, logging, and security-tool integration skills
• Experience automating vulnerability discovery, validation, prioritization, remediation workflows, and continuous security testing for AI attack surfaces
• Working knowledge of LLM, RAG, agentic AI, evaluation frameworks, guardrails, and AI security telemetry
• Ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and ensure responsible data and AI outputs
