- Draft and review joint venture and co-investment documents and related agreements
- Support business teams in negotiations from analysis to execution
- Coordinate and prioritize work with external legal advisors

- Contribute to upskilling and growth of team membersResponsabilidades
- Barred/practising lawyer (corporate or law firm) with at least 4 years PQE in corporate transactions

- Fluent in English with strong legal English; Spanish preferred
- Strong academic record or experience in top-tier firms/companies
- Keen attention to detail and strong financial/commercial awareness
