Experteer Overview
In this role you drive growth for the Grid Automation portfolio by building strong customer relationships and delivering tailored Hitachi Energy solutions. You will collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product Management to turn market insights into competitive offerings and winning bids. The position sits at the intersection of technical know-how and customer-focused sales, shaping long-term opportunities with key accounts. You will work cross-functionally to plan budgets, develop pipelines, and push strategic initiatives in Spain. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on solving complex grid challenges and advancing sustainable outcomes.

• Drive sales volume and margin across Grid Automation portfolio
• Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service and solution knowledge
• Prepare sales plans and bids with marketing and other departments ensuring technical and financial accuracy
• Identify and develop new market opportunities with the Sales team




• Monitor customer and market trends to guide marketing activities
• Assist the market manager in defining annual budgets, building short- to mid-term pipelines, and strategic long-term plans
• Lead internal sales processes (Go/No-Go, Bid/No-Bid) with cross-functional stakeholders
• Uphold safety and integrity by taking responsibility for actions and supporting colleagues and business

Responsabilidades
• Engineering degree in a related field (preferably electrical, electronic or industrial)
• More than 2 years of relevant experience
• Sound knowledge in protection and control of electrical substations
• Fluency in English and Spanish
• Valid permit to work in Spain
• Proven ability to develop and manage customer relationships
• Collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication skills
• Availability for short trips within Spain
