As a Graphic Designer, you will take on a diverse role where you actively shape our brand world through creative concepts, digital formats, and high-quality print materials. Your job: * Conceptualising, designing and implementing graphic projects and advertising materials – from the initial idea through to print-ready artwork – together with the graphic design team * Designing a wide range of digital advertising materials, newsletters, social media formats * Creatively designing merchandise and POS materials as well as creating illustrations * Creating animations and short-form videos for our online platforms * Image retouching and editing * Further developing our corporate design and ensuring a consistent brand appearance across all media * Collaborating with external partners such as printers, photographers, lithographers and rendering studios, as well as working closely with project management * Independently managing the organisational aspects of projects, including print enquiries, invoicing,



scheduling and time management * Carrying out corrections, final artwork preparation and quality control of all print materials Your skills: * Degree in Graphic Design or a comparable qualification * At least 3 years of professional experience as a designer * Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop * Experience in UX/UI design and the application of user-centered design methodologies * Advanced proficiency in Figma, particularly in prototyping and design system management * Strong understanding of corporate design, brand identities, usability principles, and current digital trends * Creativity, a strong sense of aesthetics, and a keen eye for composition, color, and typography * Passion for design and architecture, combined with a structured, collaborative, and solution-oriented way of working * Good written and spoken English skills (minimum B2 level) * Knowledge of Premiere Pro, After Effects, and MS Office is an advantage stefanie-krottmaier gestaltungsspielraum internationales-team nachhaltigkeit teamspirit #J-18808-Ljbffr
