As OS SAS Portfolio Manager, drive growth by aligning market opportunities with the OU SAS portfolio and delivery capabilities. You will bridge Market Management, Sales, Global Product Groups, and Operations to capture future opportunities across energy sectors such as transmission, renewable energy, data centers, and offshore wind. You’ll translate market insights into strategic actions and lead cross-functional initiatives to improve market responsiveness. This role offers scope to shape portfolio strategy, enable sales teams, and deliver measurable impact for Hitachi Energy’s OU in Europe.

• Identify emerging market opportunities, customer requirements, and industry trends
• Align market demands with Global Product Group roadmaps and OU objectives

• Establish governance and follow-up mechanisms to ensure strategic actions deliver results
• Act as the voice of the customer and market within the OU and toward Global Product Groups and key customers
• Monitor market developments, translate insights into portfolio actions, identify gaps and growth opportunities
• Evaluate OU's ability to meet future demands, define capability development plans
• Drive standardization, digitalization, and process improvement initiatives
• Support strategic customer engagements and growth initiatives, ensure alignment of opportunities with strategy and execution
• Lead implementation of strategic initiatives and monitor progress toward delivery
• Report portfolio performance and opportunities to OU leadership

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related discipline
• Extensive experience in Substation Automation Systems, Power Transmission u0026 Distribution or related industries
• Proven experience in portfolio management, product management, strategy, business development, or market management
• Strong understanding of customer needs, market dynamics, and technology roadmaps
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders across a integral organization
• Excellent communication, business acumen, and leadership skills
