Experteer Overview
As a Salesforce Solution / Technical Architect within CGI’s Salesforce Practice, you will define end-to-end Salesforce solutions for enterprise-scale programs. You partner with clients and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into scalable, secure architectures and governance. You will shape integration, data, security, and platform decisions, promoting a standard-first approach. You’ll work across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and related products, influencing architecture standards and mentoring teams. This role offers impact on next-generation Salesforce capabilities and a clear path to leadership within a global practice.

• Define end-to-end Salesforce solution architectures aligned with business and IT needs
• Translate business requirements into coherent functional and technical designs
• Determine standard vs. custom development, promoting a standard-first approach
• Design scalable architectures across Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud)
• Define Salesforce integration architecture using APIs, middleware, and event-driven patterns
• Define data architecture, models, migrations, and governance considerations
• Define and validate security architecture including identities, access control, and authentication
• Lead architecture workshops and drive technical decisions with stakeholders
• Produce architecture documentation,



designs, diagrams, and guidelines
• Review designs from Technical Leads and development teams; identify risks and mitigation strategies
• Support teams through the project lifecycle and contribute to estimations and feasibility assessments
• Collaborate with enterprise, security, integration, data, and infrastructure architects to align IT landscape

Responsabilidades
• 8-10 years of Salesforce experience with substantial architecture roles
• Proven track record as Salesforce Solution Architect and/or Technical Architect on complex transformations
• Deep expertise in Salesforce platforms: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, security/sharing model, data model, Flow and automation, Apex, Lightning Web Components
• Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns (REST/SOAP, Platform Events, middleware, asynchronous integrations)
• Knowledge of data architecture, migration, and governance
• Solid understanding of identity, SSO, OAuth, and access management
• Experience with DevOps/CI-CD; ability to assess non-functional requirements (performance, scalability, security)
• Ability to document architecture decisions and explain trade-offs
• Ability to lead workshops and communicate with senior stakeholders
• Mentoring and leadership capabilities to guide Technical Leads and developers
