Overview In this role you ensure CAMO/MRO QMS compliance for A400M, M&L; and MRTT fleets. You will lead the internal audit programme, coordinate with suppliers and customers, and drive corrective actions. You support maintenance facilities, update compliance manuals, and manage training and staff authorizations. You work across quality, regulatory, and ops teams to align fleets and promote continuous improvement. This position offers impact through shaping maintenance readiness and regulatory compliance in a multinational aerospace context. including with subcontractors and suppliers * Manage discrepancies and follow-up actions from audits * Monitor maintenance facilities against Airbus QMS and regulatory provisions * Develop and update Compliance Manuals and procedures * Oversee CAMO/MRO personnel competences management and certifying staff licenses * Design tailored training and awareness sessions within CAMO/MRO regulatory framework * Coordinate with other Quality Representatives for standardization across fleets * Support services growth through coordinating external resources and SLAs with subsidiaries Requisitos principales * Five+ years of experience in CAMO/MRO quality assurance or related audits * Advanced English level * Desirable internal auditor experience * Strong understanding of QMS and regulatory requirements for military aircraft maintenance * Experience managing staff qualifications and licenses * Experience with training program development and implementation * Ability to audit at customer premises or supplier facilities * Experience coordinating cross-functional quality activit
