Overview In this role you will drive advanced planning and scheduling for complex projects, ensuring robust risk analysis and change management. You will align planning strategies with project objectives and coordinate multidisciplinary inputs to build accurate master schedules. You’ll deliver probabilistic schedule analyses, monitor baselines, and propose corrective actions to maintain project performance. The role offers a chance to shape delivery on major programmes within a collaborative, cross-functional environment. Responsabilidades * Lead advanced planning and scheduling activities and change management analysis for major projects * Implement planning strategies and procedures reflecting company and contractor roles * Coordinate development of WBS and CBS with project leads and controls teams * Prepare staffing, engineering,



construction progress reports and customized status reports * Perform probabilistic analysis on integrated and contractor schedules * Conduct schedule analysis like critical path and schedule risk analysis for the project * Identify deviations from baseline, bottlenecks and propose corrective actions * Prepare Integrated Planning/Scheduling contributions to Monthly Project Reports and related presentations * Analyze schedule impact of variances and change orders * Create resourcing plans for project phases and recommend peak leveling Requisitos principales * Expertise in project controls and time/schedule management * Experience in Data Centres, Life Sciences/Pharma or related sectors * Expert experience with scheduling tools (Primavera P6 preferred) * Ability to consolidate multiple schedule inputs into a master schedule and produce status reports * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Fluent in English and Spanish * Tenacity and solution-oriented mindset * Ability to build strong working relationships with project teams * strong communication * interpersonal skills * tenacity * Primavera P6 * project controls * time/sched
