Compensaciones / Ventajas • Build relationships with senior leaders across banking functions and technology. • Lead executive discussions and diagnostic workshops on experience, efficiency, modernization, and resilience, converting them into agendas. • Connect banking processes with data, AI, cloud, automation, and enterprise platforms; start with business problems, not products. • Coordinate specialists, account teams, delivery leaders, and partners into cohesive solutions. • Link proposed changes to banking economics (revenue, costs, risk, capital efficiency) with clear ROI.



• Construct investment cases with benefits, costs, timing, and risks; distinguish regulatory changes from discretionary investments. • Lead proposals and complex pursuits through negotiation, closing, and mobilisation. • Own contribution to pipeline, bookings, revenue, and margin with credible forecasts. • Strengthen the banking practice through market insight, reusable propositions, partners, and leadership development. Responsabilidades • 10+ years in consulting, banking, technology transformation, or professional services with senior leadership experience. • Strong knowledge of banking value chains (retail, corporate, payments, risk, compliance, digital channels, data, core banking). • Knowledge of DORA, NIS2, EU AI Act, GDPR, security, sovereignty, and third-party risk. • Proven track record building trusted C-level relationships and generating demand. • Experience in major transformatio
